Kidokinetics is a mobile based business that provides multi-sport programming for children in our communities. This is a hassle free and convenient physical activity solution for parents and educators. The Kidokinetics model has minimal employees and a foundation of recurring revenue; bringing our programs to the children through youth organizations. Schools, daycares, preschools etc. Parents are willing to invest unlimited funds in the wellbeing of their children, no limitations.

Our programs expose children aged 6 months to 12 years old to over 20 different sports and bring a new sport every week. It’s non-competitive and engaging to keep their attention and build confidence in their skills. The kids move all class long, improve their coordination, balance, and gross motor skills, and also learn some basic anatomy.

Meet The Founder

Kidokinetics was founded in 1995 by Terri Braun in her native South Africa. Terri learned the benefits of exercise and a healthy lifestyle at an early age, through programs focused on fitness and learning a variety of sports. This love of fitness and exercise continued as Terri competed in karate competitions, including the Africa Cup and the World JKA championships.

Terri sought to combine her love of fitness and passion for children. Initially, she completed the Early Childhood Teaching Course through the Montessori school of London, England. As her expertise grew, she went on to consult with physical therapists, clinical psychologists, youth development consultants, and school directors. Terri’s continued research and education were the inspiration for Kidokinetics, as her desire to help children develop to their fullest personal and athletic potential led to the development of the Kidokinetics program and curriculum.
