History

Our History

REP’M Group has created integrated solutions for accelerated and sustainable franchise growth since it was founded in 2019. A full-service franchise development firm, REP’M Group works to provide franchisors with all of the strategies and services they need up until they open a location. REP’M Group integrates four verticals to position a brand for confident growth including Brand’M, Build’M, Grow’M, and Scale’M to drive maximum value to various franchise clients. With over 75 years of franchise brand experience, REP’M Group has helped emerging brands grow in a sustainable and responsible manner. As we continue to grow lookout for us to bring you the greatest brands in the industry.

2017

Our Foundation

Rep’M as you know it today started as RPM. RPM sought out to fill the industry void in the real estate process. Far too often licenses were being sold but units were not opening as they should. Thus, RPM took over and began with 5 employees helping emerging brands scale through real estate.

2019

Franchise Sales begin

August 2019, RPM partners with their first brand to start selling franchise licenses. Adding Franchise sales to the portfolio RPM was now forming into a full service growth enabler.

2020

RPM becomes the Rep’M Group

Coming together with Nick Sheehan and Jason Ryan on the heels of previous franchise ventures the Rep’M Group was officially formed in 2020 . Formulating 4 pillars of the business to appeal and aide to all phases of Franchise Development process.

2022

Continued Growth

In 2022, the REP’M Group grew to over 60+ employees, facilitating top shelf franchise consulting services to over 20 brands nationwide. We look to expand as the year goes on by adding brands and building emerging franchise brands across the globe.

2023

Ongoing Expansion

The REP'M Group closed out 2022 reaching record-breaking numbers in all pillars of the company, including Build"M, Grow'M, Brand'M and Scale'M. Today, we are proud to represent 30+ brands and look forward to adding even more to our portfolio.

2025

Present Day

With a portfolio of over 30 brands and a team of more than 60 highly skilled professionals, REP'M Group takes pride in announcing another year of remarkable achievements across all pillars, concluding the 2023 year. Surpassing the milestones set in 2022, we are particularly pleased to highlight that two REP'M brands successfully welcomed new growth partners.
