What We Do
As Project Managers, Build’M brings structure and accountability to a complex and often unclear process. We convey clarity and confidence from start to finish. We can manage the entire process or tailor our scope to your specific needs, with the goal of getting your project open on time and on budget. By helping control time, cost, and communication, we give you the freedom to focus on some of the things that matter most, like marketing, operations, and hiring.
Strategic Execution
Build’M utilizes an innovative software platform to track time and cost allocation, giving clients full visibility and control across every phase of the project lifecycle. Our involvement begins the moment a deal is signed and continues through the successful opening of each location. Our focus on your project allows our clients to focus on what matters most: building teams, driving pre-launch momentum, and setting the foundation for long-term success.

Our End-to-End Process
How We Do It
From site selection to final closeout, Build’M manages every stage of your project’s lifecycle:
Site Selection
We support the real estate brokers to
make sure sites align with brand criteria and deal point economics.
Space Planning
Our team will facilitate test fits to ensure the space meets operational and brand requirements.
Pre-Lease Due Diligence
We review work letters and lease terms in order to identify and mitigate any potential project cost and timing implications.
Pre-Construction
We oversee design and permitting,
facilitate procurement, assist in lending/finance and execute the bid process and contractor award.
Construction
We oversee the contractor and their schedule, manage invoices and change orders, and provide weekly progress reports.
Post-Construction
We manage the punch list, secure the Certificate of Occupancy, collect contractor closeout docs, and tenant improvement reimbursement is received.
