MEET THE LEADERSHIP TEAM

Monster Mini Golf was founded in 2004 by Christina and Patrick Vitagliano in Connecticut. The couple envisioned a unique and exciting family entertainment experience, pairing the classic game of mini-golf with glowing blacklights, music, and monster-themed decor. Over the years, their dedication to community and family values attracted private equity interest. In 2023, they decided to sell the brand to a group of four franchisees. Christina and Patrick remain franchisees, while the new leadership team collectively operates 14 franchised locations. Their focus remains on innovation, growth, and supporting the franchise community.

  • Chris King, CEO: With over 20 years of experience in franchise operations and leadership, Chris has been a franchisee since 2020. He was previously the Chief Operating Officer of Monster Entertainment from 2015 to January 2023, prior to the acquisition with his partners.
  • Holly Hernandez, CLO: Bringing 30+ years of legal and management expertise, Holly has been a franchisee since 2016.
  • Alex Gonzalez, Shareholder: A franchisee since 2013, Alex offers deep insight into the franchise system.
  • Nick Mastrandrea, CDO: Nick Mastrandrea has been a Monster Mini Golf franchisee since 2008, bringing over 15 years of experience with the brand. Before joining Monster Mini Golf, he built a 20-year career in corporate business, successfully founding, growing, and selling a mortgage lending company to an international bank.
